Formerly Timberlake's, Maddy's Bar & Grille is a joint venture of childhood friends Dale Shields and Gaynor Jablonski. Dale, a real estate developer joined with Gaynor, a recognized restaurateur, to open Maddy's Bar & Grille in recognition of Dale's mother, Madeline Shield, who succumbed to cancer six year's ago. In honor of her battle and the medical assistance she received, Maddy's will celebrate Maddy's Day every May 13th, with 100% of the day's proceeds going to fund the Lombardi Cancer Center at Georgetown Hospital. Specializing in authentic Southwestern and American cuisine, Maddy's is located in the heart of Washington, DC's Dupont Circle, minutes from downtown DC. Maddy's is known for its delightful staff and superb cuisine made from only the freshest and highest quality ingredients.
