the service was ok, but the server didn't do his character very well. Chicken was dry...brisket was tough to chew.

They will not seat you until your WHOLE party is there. Two people got lost and we had to sit in the lobby area for 45 minutes. They could have made money on us if they would have sat us and let us order drinks. The girls in our party didn't know the"character" we had. It was my daughter's 18th birthday and we asked if we could be seated somewhere where we would be able to see the servers and get pictures and we were seated in the Library, which is in a corner surround by walls. You pay for the atmosphere at a place like this, and we didn't really have atmosphere where they put us.

My family had a great time and loved the food. Our server was awesome and stuck to character.

We took our family including a 2 year old. She loved it so much that we have decide to do it again in July for her 3rd birthday.

The waiter was awesome, as well as the balloon animal guy and the photographer. The food was great!

We were celebrating our 5 year daughter's old birthday and she loved our waitresses. Superwoman was our server.

Only reason service was not marked excellent was due to the waiter being new and a nervous. He was still a good waiter. Great place for a occasion.

First of all we waited for about 45 minutes to be seated, but it was ok because it's a Friday night. Once they called us, the hostess took us to our table, but the table was not clean so she asked us to wait for 5 minutes (turned into 10 minutes). Finally, they seated us, but in a different table. The quality of the food was not very impressive for the price we paid. I ordered the 3 by 4 and asked for my steak to be cook medium rare and when it came out, it was well done...I asked the waiter to get me a new steak and it took him like 15 minutes before he brought it back. By that time, I lost my appetite. I did not eat my food at all. It took forever for the waiter to get our check. I would not go back to this place again.

The receptionist can be a little friendlier especially for the type of restaurant it is-the food was not so great especially if the server does not recommend most of the items especially shrimp scampi- We went there for experience and we didnt get a good experience- more interactions from the characters would be better. The place is old too. Our server was good. He was pretty nice-

When they brought out the neighboring table's food covered in plastic wrap, I knew this was not going to be good... When my wife and I were talking about the experience afterward, we decided that people wouldn't go there for the food. When my youngest son said, "I thought it was going to be more fun", I guess people don't come here for the entertainment, either...

We were told the wait would be 1-1 1/2hr wait the wait was over 2. Reservations were not excepted on Saturdays, for large parties I believe they should.

Very fun experience for the grandchildren! Everyone's meal was superb! A most enjoyable dining experience for everyone!

My 3 year old's birthday. My 7 year old and her had so much fun! A magician came to the table, they did a crazy family photo for us, and the food tasted pretty darn yummy. The coolest thing for us were the potion drinks.
