The host and waitress were very nice and helpful. They both explained the menu well and made excellent recommendations for our first time having Indian cuisine.

The Chef is a master of his craft. Each dish and sauce are fresh with multilayered flavors. Clearly the best Indian restaurant in Raleigh.

I would not recommend to any one. Poor customer service and overly priced menu. There are other Indian restaurants around Raleigh which serves far better quality and value.

The food was fantastic, the service was bad. The waitress was nice and everything, but we had a group of 6 people on a Friday night and it took 20 minutes between when we sat down and when our drink orders were taken, then another 40 minutes until we received them. 1 hour to get a couple beers and a couple mixed drinks is insane. Our bill could have been twice as much so I guess it's their loss but come on. The waitress said the bar was "slammed" but it was not unreasonably crowded and it was Friday night!

The food was bland our server had a really lousy attitude and wasn't helpful at all. We won't be going back.

Knowledgable experienced staff to assist with ordering. Call early to get the round Chefs table. It was WONDERFUL.

Couldn't make a reservation through their website but was asked when I arrived if I had one. Almost wasn't seated because I didn't have one. Almost uppity but food and waitress made it worthwhile.

Great food and service! There was something wrong with their phone number earlier in the day when I tried to make a reservation, but it didn't turn out to be an issue.

overpriced for the quality of food received. the dining experience was rather tight in the small dining space. it felt awkward.

Try to differentiate with food choices. Add live music / dance performances similar to other Raleigh downtown restaurants/lounges. Don't compromise on quality.
