They were clearly understaffed. That being said, we waited about 15 minutes to order, they forgot to bring out the appetizer, our drinks came a moment before our food arrived, and the food was marginal at best.

Jesus was our server, he is friendly, accommodating and attentative but not over bearing. The food and margaritas were delicioso as always.

The wait staff was efficient and polite. The owners were constantly walking and chatting with the customers.

It was excellent except we had to wait over 8 minutes after being seated to be welcomed by our waiter. It was Cinco de Mayo, however, so we weren't complaining. It just seemed really long because we were VERY hungry!

We only use the freshest of ingredients such as poblano peppers instead of the normally used regular green peppers and the Nopalitos Con Queso features fresh Nopals Cactus (a dish that you probably wouldn`t find with fresh Cactus at any other restaurant). The texture of our Nopalitos Con Queso is like green beans, we take the thorns out for our customers!
