The owner was our server, and extremely friendly and helpful. They were short staffed that night, (someone didn't show up), but it wasn't reflected in the service.

Wonderful food, different than most asian restaurants, prepared well. Menu has a lot of variety, reasonably priced.

We are regulars at this place - either take outs or dine in. We had different server than we are used to this time and we felt very pushed, almost like they would rather we take the food out.
The quality of food was also very poor during this visit. We had two appetizers and four enterees - the food was tastless and was missing flavor. More salt and soy sause did not help much. Very dissapointed since this used to be one of our favorite places to go. Not sure what happened. I hope it was just one time bad experience.

We loved the food. We tried a lot of different dishes, including sushi, Thai, and Japanese dessert items. The restaurant is very nice to visit, food great, and everyone who works there is friendly. We will go back!

The service was poor. The server was quite abrasive not welcoming. All the noodle dishes were swimming in the "soup sauce" that looked more like runny gravy. They don't offer non GMO Tofu so Vegetarian like me cannot order tofu. I asked one time about non-GMO tofu and they had no idea what I was talking about--I wish they would research this on their own for the customers if they are offering "vegetarian" dishes.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.This was not our first visit to Masa, The cooks always go out of their way to make the food delicious, authentic, and to our specific tastes. The portions are generous and the presentation is great!
