The food was uniquely prepared and tasted wonderful! The waitress, Wendy, was very attentive to detail and friendly and warm. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable. We definately will go again and we live in Bailey!

The food was really good and the Server was outstanding. Unfortunately, the kitchen was slow to serve our meals and the portion sizes, even with an appitizer, were far too small. We left hungry.

The prices were way over the appropriate amount. Dinner main course was $16.95 - 30.00+. The correct scale should be $9.95-20.00+. I ordered the scallop dinner with potato's and coleslaw. The scallops were properly cooked but with minimal flavor. My wife had the steak dinner with potato and slaw. The steak was slightly under cooked and had an off putting flavor. The preparation was very basic as was the presentation. The waitress we had was very nice but never came back to check how our food was once. Not satisfied at all very disappointed. I do not recommend this restaurant.

The place is overpriced, the same dish you can get in other places for $5-8 less. My fish was not cooked through. The portions are tiny: the amount of side veggies wouldn't ever cover my palm, and two tiny pieces of fish costed me $24. For the desert which costs $6 they suggested to add an ice cream and they charged additional $3! The service was good and the place is quite. That's the only reason to visit the place if you don't care what you eat or how much you pay.

The Host, Robert was very stimulating. He interacted a lot with me and my son and was a great Host, Waiter and Bus Boy combined.

Nothing was bad but nothing was memorable. Service and atmosphere were fine but prices seemed high with meals fro $20 to $30 each.

The portions were ridiculously small my husband paid $23.95 + $1 for sauce for Halibut and maybe got 3 oz piece of fish. My Salmon was $18.95 + $1 for sauce of the day and it was only a sliver of abou 3 oz. it looked like the portions were cut in half ( maybe because we told him we had a gift certificate). We wlll not go back because it is way over priced for the tiny child sized portions they serve. Also I asked for water and my choice was" bottled or just "tap" water". How unappealing to tell a diner you are giving them water from the kitchen tap.

Owner was arrogant kept saying how he was the best in the country (really?) He said he trained the chef, which translates to that he doesn't allow the chef to do things the best way. He kept asking us how we heard of his place. It was annoying. He wouldn't take the appetizer order w/o taking the drink order first (dumb) so we gave him the drink order first. The food portions were so small for the cost. Even the dessert was a sliver of cake. The rolls were flavorless and tiny accompanied with packaged butter (like a fast-food place would have). The seafood was slightly overcooked and the plating was not appealing. The steak was perfectly cooked but so tiny. For $50 it wasn't worth it. The soup was ok, lacked seasoning and was in a tiny cup. It was my birthday and the guy didn't even throw in a coffee or anything (yes, he knew). So cheap! The coffee (nothing special) was served in a huge cup which would've went great with our dessert if it hadn't been so small. The decor is outdated and ugly. He sells hand-painted glasses which look like they belong at a second-hand store. The spice mix he sells is boring and nothing special. The waitress was nice, but you can tell he wanted to upsell us, so she didn't come to our table much. Someone may tell him that just because "Restaurant.com" gave him a good rating (for the obvious reasons) doesn't mean it is a Michelin Star. So sad.

We arrived at 1:45PM and they were so kind and accommodating to stay and serve us a late lunch even though the restaurant was empty.

Prices do not translate to the portion sizes. Food is cafeteria like. We left & one of the kids asked if we could go get something Better to eat because she was still hungry after eating a $14 salad.

Had the steak and lobster. The lobster was good but the steak was a cheap, thin cut and just wasn't good. My girlfriends meal was equally drab.
Overall, just mediocre and extremely expensive: for that price, I could have had a 1st class meal at McCormicks or Mortons.

Had mixed grill plate it was 18.95 with over cooked slivers of fish and frozen vegetables. Very disappointing!!

A quiet evening in the restaurant - empty when the two of us were seated and then only another table of 4, and a single patron. The owner was our server giving excellent service. However,he was a little too zealous in his desire for us to return, to have our friends and neighbors, etc. come in. We enjoyed the wood grilled entrees. Quantity is pricier than we usually spend, but quality makes up for it, especially with a Restaurant.com certificate.

Besides the very small portions and high prices the experience was pleasant,very nice staff. Adding a 18% is a little much for 2 people we didn't leave an additional tip.

Although the service was warm and friendly, the overall experience was disappointing. For the price, portions were small and carelessly presented. Our booth seats were uncomfortable and shook alarmingly from small movements by people sitting behind. Vegetables were obviously frozen, not fresh, and rubbery. Even with the coupon discount, our steak and seafood was overpriced for the portion size and not nearly the value we expected.

For the price of the entrees, we were disappointed with the small size of the portions and the presentation. The children's chicken strips tasted like fish as I assume they were fried in the same oil. They did not eat them. The seafood chowder had very little seafood pieces, the fish was very greasy and the fries were very small. We were charged(and then reimbursed) for the sauce for the salmon, which was advertised as the special. All in all, I don't think we will come back even though we were told by the owner that it was THE place to dine! We wondered of we were given these portions because we had a certificate.
