Restaurant Chef Bio A Northwest native, chef/owner, Diana Prine, has been creating her unique style of regional cuisine for fifteen years in the Seattle-Tacoma area. Upon graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park, New York, she worked at the five diamond rated Four Seasons Olympic Hotel for four years. Yearning for a new challenge in the culinary field, she opened The Fife City Bar and Grill in 1994. By utilizing the finest ingredients the Northwest has to offer, The Fife City Bar and Grill quickly became recognized as one of the top restaurants in the Puget Sound Region. |
