 Restaurant Chef Bio  Ye Olde Beef N' Ale is owned and operated by the trio Candy Casey, her son; Mark Granberg and his wife Cathy. Mrs. Casey has been a restauranteur most of her life. Her late husband Joe Merrill founded the Beef N' Ale in Acton, Massachusetts in the 60's. Her son followed in the family footsteps, graduating from Nashoba Technical H.S. with a Culinary Arts certificate. Cathy Granberg is a Certified Public Accountant and has worked for the family in various business ventures. Combining their talents, they opened this establishment in 1997. |
