Restaurant Chef Bio Chef Aram Chakerian, a native of New Mexico, attended the California Culinary Academy. He has traveled abroad extensively, especially in Italy, to continue his lifelong culinary education. Chef Chakerian's professional experience includes service at the Flytrap Restaurant, Scott's Seafood, Bentley's, and Piatti Restaurant. Tuscany was the inspiration and work of owner Dave Leuschner, a Napa native and owner of the Bicycle Tracks shop, general manager Dave Cash, formerly restaurant manager at the Silverado Country Club, and co-manager Peter Fitzharris, from Piatti in Palo Alto. |
