Restaurant Chef Bio Tino Impellizzeri was born in Catania, Sicily. He brings with him a lifelong love of food cooked in the Sicilian Tradition. His recepies are all home-grown, taken from the many years of looking over "mama's shoulder" and from his chef father, who in turn learned them from their parents back in Sicily. Mr.Impellizzeri regularly returns home to Catania and is always updating and bringing back new recepies. You will find him and his chefs more than willing to custom cook any dish you may desire. |
