Restaurant Chef Bio Chef Michael was born in the Midwest and Chef Wendy in the Deep South. They began their journey together when they met and graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in 1989. After graduation they traveled Europe, spent a short time in the Midwest and then settled in New Orleans. New Orleans was good to them both. Chef Michael trained with the internationally acclaimed Chef, Emeril Lagasse, and Chef Wendy studied with Chef Susan Spicer of Bayona and Chef John Neal of Peristyle. Moving to Las Vegas was another step in their journey together that would prove to be a good move. |
