The redemption of a Restaurant-Specific Gift Certificate requires additional consideration paid to the restaurant. Restaurant-Specific Gift Certificates have no value without additional consideration. Restaurant-Specific Gift Certificates are redeemable in their entirety only and may not be redeemed incrementally. Neither Restaurant.com nor the restaurant is responsible for lost or stolen Restaurant-Specific Gift Certificates or Certificate Numbers. The restaurant is solely responsible for complying with all state and local laws pertaining to the distribution and sale of alcoholic beverages. The restaurant is the holder and issuer of this Restaurant Gift Certificate. As the holder and issuer of this Restaurant Gift Certificate, the restaurant is responsible for the final disbursement of this discount. Whether you choose to use this Restaurant Gift Certificate after acquiring the right to access it to get a reduction in the price of your meal at the participating restaurant is at your sole discretion.
