The Camp Robber was named after the Canadian gray jay bird native to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Known for swooping down on campers and stealing food from picnic tables, our Camp Robber only robs you of your appetite. Our Southwestern flavors are further enhanced by the use of our mesquite smoker and grill. We've redefined the salad with our Black Bean Tostada with Grilled Shrimp or Strawberry Spinach Salad. Pasta goes beyond plain with our Spicy Chimayo Shrimp. Vegetarians delight to our Veggie Black Bean Burritos and Homemade Chile Rellenos. Yet, for our customers, it all begins with our specialty Green Chile Chicken Potato Soup.
