Restaurant Description
You will experience the taste and feel of the Caribbean at Jamaica Jerk. We are located in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago, adjacent to Evanston. The instant you step through the door, you are transported to an elegant verandah overlooking the sea. You will immediately feel the sense of calm you experienced in the Caribbean. Our superb food will complete your transit from Chicago to your favorite Caribbean haunt. Our gazebo is a favorite spot, allowing you a sense of privacy without really separating you from the main dining area. Our additional dining area is also available for parties and special events
Our menu covers the range of Caribbean delicacies, with a focus on Jamaican favorites including Jerk Chicken, Jerk Pork and Curried Goat. We also carry tasty Caribbean-inspired vegetarian selections. Your server will inform you of new additions to our menu as our Executive Chef is constantly exploring new variations on Caribbean cuisine. You will enjoy a fine dining experience at a moderate neighborhood restaurant price.
We are located a few steps east of the Howard Street El station, where the Red, Purple and Yellow lines meet. There is ample free parking in the rear of the restaurant.
