Located on the first floor of the historic and newly renovated Boardwalk Building, the Waterworks Restaurant features fine dining along with a fountain, a reflecting pool, and a walking path. The restaurant is geared towards downtown's younger professional population, but is an ideal dining and social spot for individuals and small groups. The menu offers an exciting array of selections, including a diverse array of salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and entrees. Notable selections include Boardwalk Fondue, Chicken Boursin Wrap, Old Fasioned Pot Roast, Brandy Walnut Salmon, and Fettuccini Alfredo.
