Welcome to Emilios Tapas! Chef Emilio Gervilla has been wowing diners with his Tapas, the "Little Dishes of Spain". since 1988. With four locations there is never an excuse for not treating yourself to the tastiest little bites this side of Barcelona. Named the "King of Tapas" by the Chicago Tribune, Emilio has continued to offer Chicagoland consistent, delicious, artistically presented Spanish Cuisine at slightly more than fast food prices. Meals begin with a cup of complimentary marinated olives. They disappear fast but you can order a "rancion", a small portion, to nibble on while browsing the menu. Indulge yourself with Emilio's famous "Patatas con Alioli", garlic potato salad, and his tangy, creamy "Queso de Cabra", mild goat cheese baked in a mellow tomato basil sauce, that is slathered on crispy garlic bread.
