"Rosemary's Restaurant," opened in early May of 1999 and was named "Best New Restaurant of the Year" by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The Review-Journal also named Rosemary's Restaurant in the 21st, 22nd & 23rd Annual "The Best of Las Vegas Awards" as being voted Best Gourmet Restaurant in Las Vegas. They were honored for the fourth year in a row as "Best Restaurant Off the Strip" by the Internationally acclaimed Chaine des Rotisseurs and Las Vegas Life Magazine.
