The Monarch Restaurant & Wine Bar Monarch features... International cuisine focusing on the distinct flavors and characteristics of France, Asia, and the American Southwest. Located at the old Bobby's location on Manchester, Monarch Restaurant features a quaint bistro, a formal dining room, a well equipped bar, a private banquet room, a wine tasting room and accompanying 3,000 bottle wine cellar, an art gallery, and a private room, designed with a glass wall overlooking the enormous, state-of-the-art kitchen where executive chef Brian Hale, whose resume includes Al Bakers, Harry's Downtown and Sqwires, whips up dishes like shiitake and shrimp dumplings in plum broth and trout with blue crab and hazelnut stuffing.
