Welcome to Foodies! We do all the menu planning, grocery shopping, ingredient preparation, assembly and clean up. We use fresh meat/poultry delivered to our store and hand trimmed, combine them with fresh herbs and vegetables. You choose your family's favorites each month from 14 delicious and nutritious options. Take them out of our freezer take them home, put them in your freezer and then cook them as needed.
