The beautifully decorated Inn, located on Route 940 in Blakeslee offers outstanding New American Cuisine. The Blakeslee Inn & Restaurant set out to "Raise the Bar" on fine dining not only in the Pocono Mountains, but throughout all of Northeast Pennsylvania. In April of 2005 Executive Chef Jim Evans, formally of the Pa. Governors Mansion, joined the culinary team.
