They are a family owned and operated restaurant, that have been in business for over 35 years. Angie's Kitchen, Angie's Soulfood, and Carolina's Southern Cuisine is some of the names they have operated as. They serve authentic items, such as, Pigfeet, Neckbones, Ham Hocks, Chicken & Gizzards, Chicken & Dumplings, in addition to the soulfood favorites, Smothered Pork Chops, Short Ribs, Oxtails, Catfish, Salmon Croquettes, Mac & Cheese, Greens, Black-eyed Peas, etc.
