Pasta lovers rejoice! Pasta and. . .located on Atlantic Blvd in Margate does something very few Italian restaurants dare…they make all their pasta, sauces, and desserts from scratch right on premise! Italian born owner Luigi wouldn't have it any other way and offers a variety of authentic Italian pasta dishes. The choices are endless and picking a dish has never been easier. Create your own from the "Pick a pasta. . .Pick a sauce" section. Choices include Linguine, Fettuccine, Bucantin, Lumache, Gnocchi, or Ravioli. There are several tasty sauces to choose from including tomato base sauces, shrimp & clam sauces, basil base sauces, cream base sauces, and lasagna.
Dinner is accompanied by crunchy garlic bread and a fresh salad with homemade dressing. Peroni beer is available as is a wide selection of wines by glass or bottle. Ask your server about Luigi's Specials. The "Ravioli Dell'Amore" is a local favorite and perfect for seafood lovers. Pictured above, the "Ravioli Dell'Amore" is homemade ravioli stuffed with lobster sautéed in a rose sauce with jumbo shrimp, calamari and scallops. Absolutely delicious! "Scaloppine Al Limone", "Ossobuco Alla Piemontese", and "Zuppa di Mare" are also available for those counting their carbs.
Bring the kids because the Bambini menu offers kids 10 and under tasty lasagna, cannelloni, and ravioli dishes. Don't forget to try the homemade dessert. May we suggest "Berries on a Cloud" which is a Meringue Cookie topped with lemon yogurt cream, strawberries, and bananas.
