Restaurant Description
You can find the front door of Spencer's Smokin' Grill with your eyes closed. The aromas from the wood fire smoker will lead the way.
Once inside, you will discover a menu that begins with pork, and then heads in many tempting directions. All the dry rubs at this barbecue hub are made from scratch, and the pork is smoked for 16 hours.
A mining theme runs through the menu, consistent with Park City's history as a mining town. You can get anything from a Mini Miner Meal for the little prospector in the family to the Mother Load to go. The latter comes with two whole rotisserie chickens, a full rack of ribs and a pound each of tri-tip and barbecue pork. Four side dishes are included in this feast fit for a whole crew.
For vegetarians, there's the Smokin' Tofu & Fire Roasted Vegetables. Seafood lovers are offered such choices as the Smoked Salmon Wrap and Smokin' Fish & Chips.
