With a dynamic staff led by French native Executive Chef Vincent Pouessel, Executive Pastry Chef Megan Romano, and Master Sommelier William Sherer, Aureole Las Vegas dazzles diners nightly with menus that highlight seasonal ingredients and stunning visual presentations. Masterfully designed by Adam Tihany, customers have the option of enjoying their incredible dining experience in the Main Dining Room, the Bar and Lounge nestled beneath the Wine Tower, Private Dining Rooms and the intimacy of "Swan Court".
