The cuisine at Table 16 embodies fusion style that is strong and unique. We marry the bold flavors that characterize the New World with the refined and elegant traditions of the Old World. Our New World influence comes from flavors of the Caribbean, Central America, South America, Cajun and Creole cultures. These all collide with the more sophisticated and classic influence from Spain, Portugal, France and Italy that is found in Old World dishes. Yet, we stay true to our Southern roots, the four seasons and locally grown produce to bring you a concept that features staples of the New World, such as legumes, fresh seafood, healthy grains, fresh fruits and vegetables (mangoes, passion fruit, papaya, yucca, yams, and plantains).

The team at Table 16 reaches deep in our pockets to reveal a passion, focus and absolute love for food that delivers an overall dining experience that you will not find in the Triad. Our recipes stem from extensive exposure to AAA/CAA Four Diamond restaurants and the cities of Miami and New Orleans. Every plate will deliver sound techniques, well thought out contemporary preparations and a fresh new look with fresh ingredients from our Coast and local farmers.
