Restaurant Description
Urban Element is a stylish Café-Restaurant-Lounge all in one. Urban Element is the place for coffee, snacks, lunch and dinner accompanied by wireless internet access and displays by local artists. The menu has something for everyone and serves wonderful entrees. Urban Element is a great small, funky, kind of swanky neighborhood bar. It is well worth the trip downtown. The food is wonderful and the service is very pleasant. This special restaurant is located just across the street from the Indianapolis Central Library at 901 North Pennsylvania Street.
