Manuel's Vintage Room is the vision of restaurateur Manuel Chavez, renowned for his outstanding food, impeccable service and vast wine knowledge. Leaving a string of successful establishments in Detroit, Manuel moved to Gainesville, Florida seeking warm weather and fresh challenges. The dynamic mixture of cultured locals and energetic university students proved an ideal atmosphere. His restaurant, Daniela's, quickly became a Gainesville favorite for its fine Italian cuisine. Now, along with his son, Chef Marco, he proudly presents his newest creation, Manuel's Vintage Room. Located in the heart of the city's vibrant downtown, this intimate retreat, with its brick walls and burnished wood floors, is the ideal setting for an evening to remember.
