Restaurant Description
Try the "Diamond" of U St. Almaz, meaning diamond in Amharic, serves authentic Ethiopian cuisine in two distinct settings. You can have a casual dining experience on the main floor or socialize at the bar. There's a pull down screen, and multiple TV's for your viewing pleasure; and live entertainment and dancing on weekends. You can also choose a more formal experience, jackets and reservations required, with Gondar Dining, in the upper room. Gondar Dining describes cultural celebration, where guests are invited to dine with royalty. Guests are greeted and cleansed, served a four course $35 per person pre-fixed menu, and complimentary coffee ceremony.
