On the menu the fish tacos are a new item, I didn't care for them they were very bland not flavorful at all.

The restaurant is clean and the servers friendly. Food is excellent and very fresh. The only two things I didn't like was that it took several minutes before anybody came over to seat us (they were busy though, nobody was just standing around ignoring us), and the chips come in very small bowls (but they are refilled quickly and warm, they are probably making them fresh in the back so maybe the small bowls are to keep them fresh).

Service was bad. Staff were in a hurry and took a long time to get what needed. The food was bad. Too salty.

Their margaritas are very good. So were the cheese enchalidas. Everything was presented well and the service was very good. Fast too!

Food & service was very good. Complimentary salsa brought to the table tasted like ketchup. Asked for spicier salsa and was given a very delicious and slightly smoky flavor extra spicy salsa. Loved it!

Food was great but service was very poor. Had to ask for refills on drinks and seldom saw waitress. Still tipped 15 %.

Food was excellent and service was good though a little on the slow side. Noticed that there were other wait staff hanging around not busy that could have easily helped but no such offer to assist were made.

The restaurant is located in an old area of town and doesn't look like much from the outside but was a great surprise. The manager came by to greet us. The waiters were checking on us continually with a smile, very professional and personable. The food was absolutely wonderful...very authentic Mexican. Will return often.

Miguelito's Mexican Restaurant was founded by Michael and Gabby Nevares in June of 1996. After a lot of hard work from managing restaurants in hotels to managing other top restaurants in Dallas for many years, Michael and Gabby opened up a successful family-owned restaurant. Gabby comes from a long line of family restaurant owners, her sister Lorena Pinto-Chadwell 'Lorenas' in Springtown, TX, her sister Letty in Fort Worth, TX and her brothers Luis & Ruben in New York. Unfortunately for the family, Michael Nevares passed away after suffering from Leukemia on August 29,2004. He is physically gone but his presence still lives on in Miguelito's. Michael and Gabby worked hard every day to make sure that their customers were satisfied and felt welcomed. Miguelito's has become one of those restaurants where you walk in and you feel like you're at home.
