I have enjoyed eating at Mona Lisa's once or twice a month since I discovered it 2 years ago from friends who took us there. The gelato and Italian pastries need to be part of the dinner experience or can be the reason to go to Mona Lisas. The patio is a great place on summer evenings! Can't wait to go back!

Although the food was very good, more than ample portions and reasonable price, the wait for the food was inexcusable. Our server told us on three occasions that our food was coming right away. Finally, the story changed to a faulty computer system. However, other diners, arriving after us, were served long before we were.

I like the european style ambience. The desserts were all so tempting. It was comfortable & cozy and we didn't feel rushed.

This is a phenominal restaurant. My wife and I came once then brought her parents when they were visiting from Utica NY. Utica NY is predominantly Italian and my in-laws loved it. They spoke to the owner who had family in Utica but was directly from Italy. The last time there my mother was with us along with our in-laws. The deserts are to die for.

Pretty good. The paninis could have been a little better but they were not bad. Just under great if you know what I mean. Decor was nice.

I ordered chicken French. It was horrible. The chicken was so tough I could not cut through it. I love chicken French, but would never order it at Mona Lisa's again.

The sandwiches are great. But the dinners tasted like they were microwaved rather than made to order. The chicken french was rubbery and the Greens n beans had no flavor.

Loved the place and food. Will most certainly visit again and bring family and friends. The salmon was a nice choice option.

We've been going there since it opened. Only for dessert, coffee & Gelato. Never had dinner there till we saw it on the internet. Delicious!We'll definitely eat there again! One issue-the table was very small to enjoy a meal and spread out-it felt somewhat cramped.
