Otto's
Poor service, great food. Many employees standing around but after a while we had to ask to be served. No small plates for bread basket. All other tables had them. We did receive a complimentary drink for having to wait.

Waitress was very helpful in expediting our order as we had a very limited amount of time to eat because we wanted to get to the jazz show

The drinks were terrific and the macaroni & cheese was the best!!! Both desserts were amazing and well worth the price.

We had Friday Perch Fries which were great. The server was very professional and curtious and welcomed the coupon with a smile. I will definatley be back.

Great food at a fair price. Our waitress was awesome--probably the best waitress I have had in years. Very professional and courteous.

Buffet was way overpriced ($13.95) for just breakfast items and NO omlets. Food was either cold or dried out from sitting there for so long. Very Dissapointing!!!

We were there for breakfast, food was good and we also could have chosen a Sun. buffet for just a bit more

Just love the atmosphere at Otto's and Lola's. The food is excellent and the service in wonderful. The Osthoff Resort is the most beautiful place in all the midwest.

The setting was beautiful and peaceful. Food was excellent. There was a loud,noisy phone which often took far too many rings to answer and that was disappointing. I did have a $25 coupon which was easy to use and I did leave a 20% tip $9.00 and latter found that nearly $9 was added into the pricing. While it was all great it did not need an $18 tip and when the error was found I was told the transaction had been processed. I still hope this has been corrected.

service was a little slow
Telephone was right behind us and it kept ringing-not enough staff to answer it.
