Rated 4 out of 5 by Good food. New slick restaurant aimed at a younger crowd. We prefer a smaller, homier, old-timey feel. Apr 13, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by The rack of lamb was way over priced (for what I got) and over cooked. The waitor didn't ask me how I like it cooked. And the portion was ridiculously small. Apr 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by The server made our visit memorable. His personality was great as well as his recommendations! Mar 31, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by The place feels open having tall windows on both sides. We did not feel rushed. The food was hot & fresh. Mar 18, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by The sea bass was great. The lamb was just a little bit too salty, but still tasty. Otherwise excellent. Waiter was great, but waited a while for dinner to be served. Mar 17, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by The atmosphere was good, but not excellent (plastic chairs detracted from the sophistication). The food was also good, but not not excellent. I ordered the linguine nere. The pasta certainly did not taste handmade (not sure if it is supposed to be handmade or not). Also, the pasta was a bit under-cooked.A final note, I ordered an old fashion from the bar. The drink was good, but was different from a traditional old fashioned. The drink was a bit light on bourbon and bitters, and seemed to have sprite instead of club soda and sugar.Overall, the experience was good, and I will likely come back. The waiter was excellent and contributed to my impression of the restaurant. Mar 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by The service was wonderful and the home made pasta was great Mar 13, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by The food was good and the waiter was funny too. But he was too busy all by himself to serve 10 small tables. Sometimes it was hard to get his attention.Overall, it was nice!! Mar 12, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Service was very attentive. Food was a delight but lacked full flavor. The amount of time we waited was a bit lengthy considering the lack of patrons. Mar 4, 2014

Highlights

Panta Rei is the area's premier Italian restaurant, featuring genuine cuisine that has not been Americanized in any way. Every dish focuses on fresh ingredients and is styled in the tradition of the famed Lazio region. Because many dishes are made to order and feature seasonal ingredients, the menu changes daily to reflect current offerings. Sit down, and bask in the glamorous atmosphere while enjoying a meal of homemade gnocchi or risotto and rare Italian wine. The lush interior, gently draped in smooth modern decor and soft lighting, soothes your mind and prepares you for your meal. Heartier dishes favoring meat and fish, such as lamb, salmon, sea bass and filet mignon, are also available.
