Paradise Grill
The quality of the food was good. I would not call it exceptional, but it was well prepared, nicely presented, and a good value for the price. Restaurant and service were generally good. Overall I had a good reaction, though there was nothing that I would consider outstanding. We will probably visit again.

we got lost - the directions didnt mention it was located inside the Willow Golf area.
We found it after a long trip up the road. On the was back after giving up we found it. Once there, everything was great.

Food was just average. Ribs were flavorful but the outside was all burnt. We sent it back and the new dish was still burnt.

Amazing service. Amazing food. Probably the best we've had in a while. We are definitely coming back. Pricing is a little high, but for the quality of food, it is worth it. The proportion of the food is also perfect. Not too little, not too much.

There was no greeter so we had to wait just a few minutes for someone to come. Then we were courteously greeted and seated. We had to ask for more water and the food was a bit too salty for us. We tasted the salt more than the food.

Food portions were not very large but tilapia with mango salsa was very tasty as was the potato and veggies. Service was find and we were seated immediately and at the window even though we did not have reservations

Everything was seasoned nicely. Very good chicken Marsala. Steak was ordered medium well and came out medium but other than that we were very pleased with food and service.

Waitress was attentive and quite sharp, joked a bit when a fork fell on the floor and carried that thru until dessert. I appreciate that kind of attention and wit.
Place was quiet and we could talk, can't say that about a lot of restaurants.
Nice ambiance, a very enjoyable experience!
A bit pricey, but sometimes you get what you pay for.

Well everything was fine until we got the bill. We ordered a total of 5 items and do each item ordered we were charged 3-4 dollars more than the regular price on the menu. They said it was because I was using a coupon from restaurant.com.

Too long of a wait for our drink orders. Our waiter was not at all courteous nor was he helpful with menu options. He actually projected an unfriendly vibe that both my wife and I picked up on.

The service and atmoshere was delightful. The scallops were cooked perfectly- the flat iron steak was a bit tough and grizzily.

Services was very slow that night. I ordered a hot tea that took 25 mins to get.After 15 mins they delivered iced tea, than it took another 10 mins to get the hot tea. It was almost like the area we were seated in was over looked by the workers. Our waiter never came over to see how we were doing.We had to ask for a refil of water by a gentleman that was cleaning tables, which should never happen. Food was great, as always...

Waiters are supper friendly but not always very attentive. Our bottle of champagne sat at our table for a good ten minutes before we finally called a waiter to get us an ice bucket for it.

We have always had great service from our servers especially Trevor. He always makes us feel welcome. A great restaurant is nothing without great servers.

We go to the restaurant several times of the year and usually have a great waiter and fantastic food. Our waiter last night was not all there. I'm on a diet and asked specifically that instead of the creamed spinach I would like the spinach sauteed with garlic. This was discussed at length. When my meal arrived it had the creamed spinach. The waiter said it was his fault and would make it right. The restaurant was almost empty. He had no presures but could not perform on a simple request. On a possitive note he did get the bill correct with the discount.

We started our meal with two salads, mixed greens and caesar, both were delicious. We also ordered the crab cakes. It was served with mango salsa and served on a bed of mixed greens, both of which were a perfect compliment to the crab cakes. Our main courses were the cioppino and the chicken marsala. We were both pleased to with our entrees. The hostess even let us choose our own table. Even the plating of the meals was good. We had two waiters helping us. My date also ordered a glass of wine that she was very pleased with. Our whole experience was superb.

I eat out all the time and this was one of the worst waiters I have had in a long time. He was rude and not accommodating at all. I requested my bacon to be cooked crispy on my burger. When he brought me my burger, the bacon was not crispy and when I asked him about it and he said, "that is how it comes, the way the cook prepares it." He never gave the cook instructions on how I wanted my bacon. I told him that I wanted what I ordered "crispy bacon." He avoided coming to our table and had other waiters service us when we requested items. He was very rude and I did not tip him 18%...no way. I dislike the fact that the grutuity is included. Bad service in my book does not reward a tip.
