The food came quickly and tasted good. Drinks were refilled and we were asked if we needed anything throughout the meal.

Varied menu, great prices and really enjoyed the food. Have to find a way to get there for breakfast. Oh, and the muffins were great.

I would love to be able to order organic vegetables, ORGANIC egg dishes, wild caught Pacific salmon, organic chicken dishes or gluten free items. I understand the limitations, but if those things were offered on the menu you would get a TREMENDOUS number of NEW customers. Also I am having serious food allergies and therefore limitations. I was in some distress after eating and I chose as wisely as possible from my options. I am afraid MSG might have been used on the spinach and that would have caused the reaction. The person with me is not paying any attention to eating healthy or restrictions so he really enjoyed ordering the appetizer sampler and the French Dip.

The manager was pleasant and actively involved with the operations of the store as well as interacting with staff and customers.
The waitress was quick, friendly and patient with 5 children at the table. When my daughter didn't like her meal, she replaced it promptly and was nice about it!

Waitress did not come by after delivering food and we needed some water and extra mayo. Another waitress did get it for us with a smile:)

Our waitress was AWESOME! The manager was very nice and very hospitable...if this Perkins was in my neighborhood, I would eat there quite often. Unfortunately, the Perkins closest to me is never clean looking, the food is below average and usually takes forever to get there.

2 tables seated 20 min after us got their food before us and we only ordered breakfast. Also, the waitress never cracked a smile and seemed miserable and unfriendly. That made the experience unpleasant.

I think the prices are a little high and the the waitresses are not very friendly. I also do not like that chocolate milks are not refillable. They are charged each time.

Although it was a Sunday after church, the place was crowded & it took awhile to get out big party seated. Service was a little slow, but food was hot when delivered.
