Our waitress Suzanne was great. She explained a lot of the menu items to us and was by quite often checking on us to make sure all was well.

My friend and I were seated in the dining room of the restaurant that began to fill up with 3 tables of LARGE and very LOUD, boisterous groups, with no attempt made to quiet the diners. Our waitress (Johannah) appeared to have difficulty multi-tasking the numbers of tables assigned to her, which included 2 LARGE groups of 8, 1 table of 4 and our table of 2. My friend's salad order was misunderstood by the waitress, she could have confirmed what she heard to have avoid my friend waiting while I eat my salad; AND, when her salad was delivered it came without full instructions (to include "blue cheese crumbles"), which had to be requested after we were able to attract our waitress' attention. After we ate, we made a selection for a dessert only to be told that our selection was NOT available, but the waitress couldn't remember if the "tart" or the "cake" was unavailable so she confirmed with the kitchen the "unavailable desserts", we were told our dessert was available...too much confusion for ONE evening !

Food was excellent and quite enjoyable. Food served at the right temperature and appeared appealing to the eye.

dessert fabulous - the pots de creme ! Steak tasted like chili powder a bit. Liked the sourdough bread, and good wine selection :)

Seems like the entire process was to rushed. while the staff was prompt and attentive the entire dining experience was very quick. Now if I was at a fast food restaurant I would have been pleased, but in a fine establishment such as yours I think a little more time in delivering the courses would be nice.

Vicki, our server was OUTSTANDING. She was prompt, efficient, friendly and enabled me and my wife to enjoy a wonderful date night. Vickie even gave us the list of wines we had with our 4 Act meal. Nice touch!

Megan was our server and was excellent. Food selection and taste was great. Our table felt a little out in the open but was understandable with our late reservation.

Our wait. Sarah, was excellent! She went out of her way to make the coupon from Dealsaver to work. Her manager did come to our table and she was unmoving and rude and said its not Pierponts fault that they sold the coupon for $50.00 "A Dinner" and that they could only use it at at $25.00 per visit. We stayed for my boyfriend birsday dinner but due to budget issues I was only going to order soup and Sarah went further up the chain and got Pieponts to accept both $25.00 coupons. What an angel Sarah is. She knows what the term customer service is. Pierponts should be very proud of her. When she gets her nursing degree she will be sadly missed as wait staff for Pierponts. Please make sure she didn't have to lose any wages for going the extra mile!

We had one of the best meals we've had in a long time....not sure the server knew what duck confit was that came atop our steak, but she was very attentive, as were other staff.

We were very disappointed with the food. Service was fine. We ordered the crab cakes as appetizers and must say they have changed in texture and taste since I last ordered them. It was like two globs that were browned a bit on top and the taste wasn't very good. We also ordered the Lobster bisque and that was good.

Our waiter was service oriented and accommodating but he was not clear on things and we received two extra glasses of wine we did not order and were charged for them.

Our server took our order and brought us our original drink, but other people refilled our drinks, served all of the food, and even after our dessert order was taken by our server someone else even brought our dessert to us instead of our server.
