Rated 5 out of 5 by We LOVE Pietrasanta, and have been coming here for years - every time we come to NYC. It's such a great place, with the MOST delicious Mushroom Gnocchi. The staff is lovely - always thoughtful about theater reservations, etc. Jul 15, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this restaurant. The food is wonderful and the service was very nice and friendly. Only thing I'd change is the tables. Too close together. And if there was a way to improve the sound level so a little less loud. Also music would be nice. Jul 6, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by The food was good, but it was very crowded and we felt rushed. However it was a nice experience. Jul 2, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by The food was okay but the service was not great and the prices were too high. I did like the gnoggi though but the fish my husband had was a bit dry. We ordered the salad on special that day to share and the nuts were missing in it! Would most likely not go back. Jul 1, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Delicious quality home-cooking! Home-made pasta! Lots of intense flavors and portions were generous. Attentive Service. Affordable prices. A keeper. Jun 29, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Nice atmosphere, then downhill from there. Cesar salad was tasteless....get better quality from my local pizza place. I asked about their "aged new York steak". Was told it was a 14" boneless rib-eye. Ordered it medium rare. Steak was no more then 1/4" thick...reminded me of those high school years many, many years ago when we went to Tads Steak for a full meal for something like $4.99...though this steak was not as chewy. It was also not 14oz, just had one this past weekend...about 1" thick. Anyway, waiter never came around and quite honestly, most of the time we couldn't find him. Coincidentaly, the owner or manager came buy when we were done, so even though I did finish my meal, thought I should let him know. He was visibly upset, said I should have said something...but I told him there was no one to tell and we were running late for a show. Only good thing was the busboys were hustling, continuously filled our water glasses. My wife's crab cakes were at best "OK". Extremely small, about the size of a silver dollar in diameter and not 100% crab meat. Bottom line, if I didn't have a restaurant.com savings, I would have been really, really upset. Didn't want to waste any more time or money on dessert so we left. Jun 28, 2014
