Over 1 and 1/2 hours to get food,received rolls but no butter, bad salad dressing, wrong entree received,and was billed for higher priced item. Owner said we had to pay despite server saying she made the error. After argument, bill was adjusted.

Food was great, server seemed like she may have been new and wasn't all that friendly. She wasn't rude, but she wasn't very warm either.

The only item I really ate were the crab legs. Everything else appeared to have been sitting there for ages! I tried several of the fish, and none appealed to me. The prime rib was dry. However, I have eaten there on a Thurs. night and the prime rib was delicious. The waitress was told that she could only take $19.95 off our bill because that was the price for one buffet. I would NOT recommend the seafood night!

Service was slower than usual. Got there at 6:00 and only got meal at 7:40.

Our order off the menu was very good, but diners were complaining that the seafood buffet was not up to par.

The service was rather slow considering there was only one other party of 4 and our party of 7. We got there at approx. 6:30 so it was well within dinner time. The food was extremely good. I would highly recommend the prime rib or shrimp/scallop/crab alfredo. I would definitley visit this restaurant again even considering the time it took for our food to be prepared.

Very Nice Restaurant. Quality Food. Ample Portions. Waitress was exceptional. I am looking forward to returning soon to Pine View.
