There was only one server in the entire restaurant. She had to take care of everyone. We were there for lunch on a Saturday so it shouldn't have been that big of a deal. It would take her a long time to get the drinks, bring the salad etc. Also, the lemonade tasted like it was lemon juice poured from the bottle, with no sweetner added at all.

THE CHICAGO STYLE PIZZA IS GREAT! WE ORDERED THE SPECIALTY SPINACH AND THE BACON AND PEPPERONI. THE INGREDIENTS WERE VERY FRESH AND THE PORTIONS WERE LARGE.THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS MY WATER DIDN'T HAVE ICE AND WHEN SHE FILLED IT IT WAS WITHOUT ICE. BESIDES THAT, THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD! MY TEENS REALLY LIKED IT.

We were not greeted when we arrived. Finally the pizza maker said hello and then commented to the staff, 'why am I the first to greet guests?' The 'manager?' said 'because servers just stand around'. Sadly our waitress was not very good. The food came out first for my wife, then me, then my friend and then finally for his wife at 5 minute intervals between. They forgot what we ordered as well.

There were several menu items missing in the kitchen, disappointingly, but once we made the available choices most everything was very nice (except the wine not so terrific). Pizzas and pasta delicious, server delightful.

Despite the consistently inattentive, poor service at this restaurant, the food is so good, it's worth enduring the service issues at least a few times/year.

Service was terrible. My husband had to get up and walk to the front desk to get refills, ask for silverware etc. The server was extremely inattentive.

The service was absolutely terrible. No one came to see us after we were seated for over 15 minutes, and every time the server walked away it took her a good 10 minutes to come back. The time it took to get our food was fine however, and the restaurant didn't seem overly busy. If she had just apologized at least once for how incredibly long it took her to do anything we would have been fine, she just seemed oblivious to the fact that she was outrageously slow. Our pizzas were excellent, however the salads and bruschetta were very average. The Caesar salad in particular was bad, extremely bland, soft toasted bread served with it instead of croutons, no Parmesan except for what was in the can on the table. Really disappointing, It's too bad not all the food can be as good as the pizzas, I think we'll stick to only those from now on, and just carry out.

Everything was excellent until it was time to pay the bill. Prices were different on different menus, and we were charged $6.50 more than expected. When we tried to have the problem fixed, they only credited us $3.00. They said the owner doesn't care enough to correct the problems with new menus.
