Our server was attentive and friendly, and there was no mistakes and hardly any wait-time. Food tasted great. Atmosphere was fun and relaxed.

Everything was excellent - the service, the atmosphere, and all of the food except for the sopapillia. We would have given an excellent except for it. It was doughy and hard - could not even eat all of it. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic.

Was only 1 server and he had 3 large parties come in at once and 6 other tables. Food was slow, but he let us know what was going on right away and did his best to make sure our drinks were full and that we had chips. Also comp'd a round if drinks between when we were done eating chips and waiting for our food to come. Other staff was accomodating as well, letting our 2 little kids explore the dance floor when they got restless waiting for lunch.

I was very disappointed in the Carne Asada burrito. It was $12 and it was almost entirely beans and rice. There was literally about 2-3 small pieces of meet in the entire burrito. So that was a letdown. The salsas were excellent and the service was good. Our favorite food is Mexican food and we go to a lot of places around the area and sadly, Que Bueno just did not stack up. I can order a steak burrito at Qdoba for about half the price and get a much higher quality item. I know Que Bueno and Qdoba are completely different concepts, but I would think that a full service restaurant could deliver at least equal quality as a quick serve establishment. I really wanted to like Que Bueno, but it just didn't work out.

Food disappointing, sopapillas were actually tough, which I have never had at a Mexican restaurant before. Enchiladas suizas tasted odd, although my friend's pork chop was good. Weirdly, turned into a "night club" at 8:30 pm....

Michael our server is wonderful.
The last two times we came we had to wait almost two hours to receive our meals.
We do not think it is the servers fault.
The first time the restaurant was empty and we ordered coctails and appetizers. It took over one hour to get our appetizer.
This time we brought our granddaugther with us and we got there around 6:30. We did not finish eating until almost 8:30.
I think there needs to be a kitchen manager who can get meals out promptly. It is going to take a lot for me to get my husband back to Que Bueno to have dinner!

The paella was very good; but I'm used to yellow rice, and was surprised that the rice was red.

Great environment; decor, vibe and love the Mariachi performers! We sat at the bar and one of the bartenders/servers was not our main bartender/server but was very observant and took very good care of us. Not that our main bartender/server was not good, but not as quick to get what we needed. Our food was very good and hope to next time enjoy the nightlife/club after our meal.

THe waiter Micheal was very nice. I really liked that before they served the Fajita's the lit them on fire in front of us. Talk about a hot meal. Loved the enviorment and by boy friend was amazed. He thought it was going to be a whole in the wall with the name Que Bueno lol suprised him.

Service and food were both great. They had a live mariachi band. It was a little loud but definitely fun, everyone was having a good time.

BAD WAITRESS, RUDE. BELOW AVERAGE FOOD. THE STEAK & THE CARNITAS MEAT IN ALL OF OUR FOOD WAS EXTREMELY HOT. TASTED LIKE IT WAS SITTING IN SOME TYPE OF HOT SAUCE MARINATING FOR THE PAST 24 HOURS.
