I loved how everything was here. I haven't been in a while but I know after this experience I will be going more often. I tried so many different foods which I loved and my friend even tried sushi for the first time and now is a huge fan.

Overpriced. Food was sub-par... I've gotten better sushi at the grocery store or even at a buffet!

Thyey were out of several menu items. Did not tell us that until after we had looked at menu and then let us know wasting a lot of time. We talked to manager about this needing improved.

The food was pretty good except for the steak. We were very disappointed with the steak which was the majority of the bill. I think it was more-so the quality of the meat and the added flavors that weren't good. It also took forever to get our food. We were waiting for about 45 minutes after we ordered.

I was disappointed with the steak hibachi that I ordered. It was so tough I could not swallow any of it and had to spit out every bite I took. I left most of it on my plate. The waitress did give us 50% off since I couldn't eat it.

I told the server when we went in that we had two separate parties and we each had a certificate from restaurant.com. He said that was fine. Then AFTER the checks came he took them back with our cards, he came back out and said the manager had just told him that we could only use one certificate per table. This is very shoddy business practice and we will NOT be going back to Rain, EVER.

I just don't understand policy about drinks being included in price or not. I read their restrictions before going and it didn't say you couldn't include drinks. When I got there they said you could not. Only food.

It took 10 minutes after being seated for anyone to see us. Edamame was cold, out of Kirin, and a long time to get any service between being seen.

Appetizer took almost 20 minutes. Food was good, but music was a bit funky and distracting to overall atmosphere.

liked the music and atmosphere and the fish tank. waitress and staff were very friendly. sushi was very good. Steak was average. overall very good.

The food was ok...but other restaurants with the same cuisine provide better food less expensively. Also, the restaurant has a sterile, cold, atmosphere.

Service staff had an odd attitude. Their energy was very put out that they were having to wait on someone! Not upbeat at all. Food quality was very average

Our server Robert was excellent. The food and good experience was so good in fact, that today I took my daughter out to eat there. And again, it was excellent.

Desserts are absolutely bad , I love their entrees and sushi and bar menu..but I cant figure out why they haven't worked on their desserts menu as much !
