I've been here quite often and this was the least enjoyable experience - the server seemed overwhelmed and would disappear for long periods of time - it was challenging to place orders for wine and the entrees and even more challenging trying to get the check. There was a piece of large plastic wrap in our food. No manager ever came up to our table to even apologize. There seemed to be no manager on the floor the entire time we were there. We had to find and approach the manager on our way out. 3/1/2013 2:08:31 PM

Greeted at the door warmly by James, our coats checked and invited to sit at the bar for a glass of wine since we were early for dinner seating. James always offers outstanding suggestions for our dinner. He treats and serves you as if you are the only guests. Atmosphere is quiet, elegant and very comfortable. 2/21/2013 2:10:52 PM

Excellent, the soup of the day, wild mushroom was amazing. We had the NY Steak for 2 for our entree. The meat was a little tough but juicy in parts, the service however is what made this experience EXCELLENT> From the host, to the sommelier to our waiter. All were FANTASTIC.
