- Robert Evans started his restaurant career in 1977 on the historic Monterey Wharf just north of Cannery Row & Carmel in California. After 20 years of two major restaurant chains his influences were uniquely blended to what has been described as the best menu in Centreville. Victoria Station a prime rib & seafood house followed by El Torito's which at one time served the most tequila in the USA. The culinary mix of supurb American food coupled with unique California nouveau food as well as traditional Mexican specialties has left his customers in awe.
