Ribs U.S.A. is a moderately priced family restaurant featuring high quality barbecued foods. In our relaxed atmosphere guests enjoy complimentary peanuts and tossing the shells on the floor, while sipping beer, wine, or sodas. A strolling magician will come by your table to dazzle you with tricks and jokes on Tuesday. When it comes to the food, we are the best. The meat falls off the bones of our famous baby back ribs and the big meaty beef ribs are out of this world. The menu includes chicken, seafood, salads and vegetarian dishes. We can accommodate large parties in the restaurant and have an extensive take-out menu. On-site catering is available. There's nothing fancy about eating tender BBQ ribs at this casual hang. The atmosphere here makes it the perfect spot to get that delicious sauce all over your face. Free peanuts are available in huge barrels - most of the shells wind up on the floor. For those who'd prefer to pass on the red meat (which is a shame) there's always Mary's Delight, a skinless, boneless breast of chicken covered with that same, sweet sauce. Pass the napkins, please. Peanuts, scooped from a barrel at the door, add to the layer of shells and sawdust strewn across the concrete floor. Open rafters and beer signs help make this the most convincing of honky-tonks. Knives are presented partly as a joke, as barbecued pork, chicken and beef fall from the bone. Baby back ribs are infused with caramelized barbecue sauce, and cornmeal-encrusted catfish comes with tartar sauce. Sweet potato pie and peach cobbler complete the meal.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Not excellent b/c I had to ask for forks 3 different times. But food was great!!! Nov 17, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good food. I think they are under new ownership, but not sure. Don't order wine during non Happy Hour times. Rip off. Stick with the ribs. Nov 15, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Food was served lukewarm. Corn on the cob was the cheapest version of frozen they could possibly find. The mac & cheese is terrible. The ribs (beef and pork, baked beans & corn bread are really good despite not being served hot. I would have sent the food back to warm but I don't particularly care for my food being microwaved, especially ribs & cornbread. The service was just ok, our server disappeared at some point (I'm guessing she went home) but we were not informed and had to flag down random servers for assistance. Everyone was happy to assist us, but I felt bad flagging down people who were busy with other tables. Nov 3, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by I didn't really care for the baked beans and the greens were okay. The rib tips also seem to have changed since I last went. But the Baby Backs were good and the corn bread was still pretty good, although not as good as before either. Nov 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by No fancy but pure joy. Nov 2, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Ribs wasn't warm enough. Oct 26, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very good food at Very reasonable prices. Oct 19, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not the greatest Rib place that's for sure. It's par considering what's in California. The meat usually falls right off great ribs and you don't have to struggle to get all the meat off. The Rice Pilaf clearly tasted like it was either from a bag or heated up in the microwave. No flavor what so ever. The Mac and Cheese was no big winner either. (I have had some awesome Mac and Cheese). I'm all set with going back there. Don't expect a lot and you will be fine. Oct 18, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by You would think if the name was "Ribs USA" they could do a rack of ribs... We had the baby rack and it was so tough we had to send it back... extra charge for a piece of bread, bacon under cooked and flabby in the BLT Oct 18, 2014
