We all enjoy Rocco's pizza lounge. The food and service was excellent. Our waiter was very nice and helpful. The pricing is also affordable. The place was very clean.

Appetizers came out very quick. Pizza was excellent! Prices were very good. Would definitely go back. Very attentive service.

Food ordered arrived at different times some of us had finished eating when the rest of the food/order was brought & had to ask waiter for beverage refills on several times . The two pizzas arrived cold & with very little cheese. We were very disappointed to say the least.

The table was right next to the door and the door was left open, so it was very cold. The server was scatter brained and did not bring the food altogether, was going to bring the appetizer with the meal which we then cancelled, and brought my 2 year old a glass cup of water, did not have utensils on the table and did not take away menus.

The food was good, the service was fair, appetizers came out with the meal, that was the only flaw.

Food was amazing, ambience was nice, not super packed even though it was a friday night. Server was incredibly friendly and sociable, though drinks weren't refilled all that often.

the only problem we experienced was the extremely long wait for service.. we were seated immediately when we arrived..being there were only to other families there...but the wait to order and then be served was unbearable...the dining experience was over 4 hours...and at one point we were the only family there..we were told they had a new chef..not much of a reason..the hold up was mainly the kitchen..and we ordered appetizers, entree and dessert...and the wait between meals was unbelievable..the server kept apologizing...basically the rest of our plans were ruined for the rest of the day

food for the 4 people was brought out at different times resulting in some at the table finished meal way before the others meals were brought to the table. We could see throught the kitchen windown the kitchen crew playing vollyball with an inflated latex food glove during food prep/restaurant hours

The service was actually pretty slow. We had a big party so we probably should have had 2 servers. Biggest complaint is to long of a wait for drinks.
