Portions very small - $24.00 for 3 prawns, which after removing the head were about 1.25" long...really? They tasted great, but a few more would have been nice. $23.00 for 4 scallops with nothing else on plate (no baby celery)...hmmm. We'll be back for happy hour and re-evaluate.

Rib eye was excellent, always wish that a salad was included with the meal but seems alot of restaurants are not doing this anymore. Plenty of great bread was provided though.

Service was very, very slow and the music was so loud you couldn't carry on a conversation with anyone not across from you.

It was our first time there. I had been considering going but the availability of the certificate made the decision easier. I am so glad we went. We loved everything about this restaurant; the food, the atmosphere & especially the entertainment (Laura Varcho)!

Ambience was delightful. We all had small plates and all enjoyed them.
Note: a. the amount charged was 1/2 the total bill.
b. Although we had gotten at least one negative review from a friend, we decided to try Rockefellers because of the coupon and were very pleased.

no one at hostess stand so we were left standing for too long... waiT staff lacks subtlety...no sooner had we sat down than we were asked what we wanted to drink...let us have a few minutes to peruse menu...it's a beautiful looking space but staff mediocre...every time and this is our 3-4th experience!

The atmosphere was very elegant and interesting. Starting with a grand fireplace focal point as you entered and seating under tall ceilings with arches of stone blocks. It is a evening outing not a place to go if you are in a hurry. We had slow service, but it wasn't a negative it was an opportunity to enjoy the whole night. This night there was live music which we moved over to following our meal. The band talked about the history of the stunning building. We sat on a sofa drank a glass of wine and enjoyed that area also.
The dinner itself was great, however I feel the dessert offerings need some more attention. The Jeni's ice cream was awesome.

were to be seated near mens room but asked for another tbl and that was OK. However our server had an attitude after that and took 40 mins for dinner to arrive. while it was 2/14, we had ordered meals as app was served and before big rush so we were clueless why wait. anyway, food was well worth the wait, we walked to and fro so combined great food w/exercise and it was a fun evening. we'll return but please, PLEASE put pretty screens in front of rest rooms. such an easy fix.

The meal was amazing as usual. My fiance got the special, short ribs, and I got the snapper. We got the calamari as an app, which we've had before - wonderful! The only complaint we had was that the dessert was just ok, kind of uninspired. We got one of the specials; the brownie with salted caramel ice cream. The brownie tasted like it was made from a box mix - boring and kind of dry. The ice cream was interesting though and had good flavor. Overall, a wonderful meal.

The pork chop I had was cooked perfectly, however, it seems that it could have used something to make it stand out...more original preparation would have made this a 5.
