pleasant setting - uniqued cooking tables in front of you.
a bit pricey $200 for 4 including wine, salad, fondue and dessert.

The waiter served my husband the wrong meal and then argued with us about it. He had a heavy accent. We both stated my husband wanted tenderloin, but the waiter brought tuna. Mike had ordered cole slaw and I guess the waiter with his very heavy hispanic accent,from the kitchen window, over the very loud worker at the bar who was talking abrasively on his cell, said cole slaw with your tuna, I said yes, because I could only partially understand his accent, heard the "t", knew we'd both said tenderloin, said "yes, cole slaw".
The waiter argued with us that it was our error.
The rest of the meal was fine, but it certainly cast a pall over the meal. We don't have alot of money for dining out and this was supposed to be special. I'm so sad at the whole experience :(
On another note, though, the food was good. The steaks were not grissly and had a nice flavor. We also ordered the fondue which is always fun for a couple and it was delicious.

Service was very very slow!!! This was our 4th time here, and in the past there was always someone to fill our water glasses; tend to any needs we have had. Lots of time lapsed between being addressed by any of the wait staff.

I am glad this restaurant is busy for a Wed night. I think the service was a bit slow.

Skimpy portions for the salads, cheese fondu, and chocolate fondu, all dipping items were very limited, and if you had extras brought to you as your favorites, they brought one more, i.e. for the cheese we asked for more broccoli and they brought us two prices, one each to get our fill with, same with the chocolate dipping items.

Went for the fondue which was a disappointment. We'll go back sometime to try the steak you cook for yourself on a hot rock at your table. Interesting idea that people seem to love as the place was packed at 7PM on a Wednesday. Suggest making reservations.

We felt it was too expensive for what you get. There was no bread to go with the meal and $20.00 for the chocolate fondue was way too much. The food was good but chicken at $18.00?
I had lunch there last year and the chicken was much cheaper for lunch. It was fun cooking your own meat but not for that price.

The food and staff were very good. My husband and son tried the Wild Main Course which was Kangaroo and Alagator and were very pleased. I love fondu and we had both the cheese and chocolate. Everything was wonderful.

The Rok is very fun and different. If you like fondue, I recommend. Nice sitting in a semi outside area as well.

Great place to have a relaxed dining experience to visit with friends over a couple hours. Fondue for appetizer and dessert and grill your own meat for main dish with salad and side dishes. Best food ever!

excellent food and service! my husband loved the buffalo and we both enjoyed the cheese and chocolate fondues.
we were late for our appointment, but they were able to accomodate us and even though my husband and I were the last ones to stay, we didn't feel rushed at all.

We had a long wait to get our meal, but we lingered after getting served and they didn't hurry us out. Very expensive for seniors 3 meals with a cheese appetizer and fondue dessert was over $150. not for families with small children. Server was great

poor service. We were seated then left alone for at least 15 minutes without being offered a drink. Others came in and were seated after us and received service before us.

Cooking at the table on 700 F rock was a novelty. Loved the taste of fondue as well as entree. And it is not super expensive.

The heat lamps outside were too HOT! And the host wasn't too accommodating or genuinely friendly. The portions were also on the small side. Steaks and fondue servings. A bit expensive for that reason.

phone message reservation was not followed up...we were seated in drafty outdoor area......the meats were good other things were cold........when I go out I prefer that someone cooks for me.......will probably not return
