Welcome to the Denver RooBar that has been recreated from the once dominate Cherry Creek martini and pool hall. We introduce you to an open concept neighborhood type bar with Midwest values and Colorado pride. With plenty of windows, the bar is nestled in a new to north Denver development site. Customers are welcome from all areas and walks of life. Foot traffic is at a minimum as the new location is certainly a destination bar. If you make the effort to enjoy the new RooBar you will be greeted with dozens of free parking spaces and a less than "LODO" attitude and arrogance. Much more humble surroundings and only a mere 900 foot home run (and a lucky roll down the sidewalk) away from Coor's Field. We are just a 10 minute walk to all home games! Not to mention a great place to meet and carpool to any of our local Bronco's, Avalanche, or Nuggets games. Located just off of Park Ave/38th Street and the I-25 exit, RooBar is on your way too or from just about anywhere you are going or have been. Railroad and petroleum employees have done their best to take over for the financial and mall employees. LoDo residents and commuters heading to I-25 enjoy lunch and happy hours regularly. Long time regulars from the olden days occasional find the new spot, some more than others. Some happy with change and pleased to see the RooBar family lives on. Still others disgusted and appalled to see the once mighty secret society banished to a mini-mall.

The kitchen is getting kudos from all who matter and have boasted denversbestwings.com in cyberspace and in reality. Cook Tony Roo (brother from another mother) brought his creative and unique recipes from Buffalo, NY as well as the basics of how to properly serve chicken wings, burgers and pizzas. The pizzas are made fresh and from scratch everyday in Tony's kitchen by himself and his daughter Natalee Roo, foreign exchange student RooStienski, and distant cousin Marcus Roo.
