Food was excellent, and service was impeccable!

Dined at approx 6:30-7PM on a Friday night and we was only one other table of diners. When we left at around 1 1/2 hrs later there was still only one other table. ???? dont really enjoy being the only customers at a restaurant dining....it killed the ambiance.

The atmosphere is very hotel-like in that we are in a noisy area that feels like a hallway. But the decor was fuand contemporary. Our server did a pretty good job, but we to ask for new silverware after our apps, and generally he was a bit too casual for my taste. I guess when you're spending a hefty amount on entrees, i feel Ike the whole experience should be on a high level. I mentioned that my entree was over-sauced, and the management took half off my entree, so they are responsive to criticism. I would probably go back for a drink after a show, but maybe not for dinner.

Atmosphere, food and service very nice. Had a professional and relaxing feel to the dining space. Very surprising for a "hotel" restaurant. Appreciated the personal touch of the chef coming out to see if everything was satisfactory.

I love the cosmo atmosphere but the menu needs to change a bit Not much selection and not much food for the money.

Steak was tough, menu was pretty exotic for a Rochester restaurant. I think they were more focused on presentation more so then actual quality of food for the price. A lot needs to be worked on. Also, seating area we sat in was obvious they just pulled convention seating to occomidate larger parties, which I thought was poor taste for a nicer hotel restaurant.

Kim, excellent server and the banquet manager was awesome also. overall a very good night. worth the trip to downtown rochester.

Server had excellent knowledge of the menu from start to finish, we will definitely recommend to friends. The food and atmosphere were both outstanding but I would suggest serving the food on a hot plate so it stays warm throughout the meal

Kitchen was very slow due to two large parties. Server was very busy which meant we waited for drinks and courses.

I thought the selections were way too few and the prices were rather high for what was served. you don't have a "maybe" answer for would you visit again and my response would definitely have been only maybe.

my chicken french dish was unlike any i have ever had and should be noted so on the menu. the atmosphere could be more cozy...perhaps tablecloths would help. the others in the party liked their food better than i.

Very cool decor, and open dining. Food was just okay. Some was good, some boring. Prices a bit high for some items such as mushroom soup was 10 dollars. No side salads available for meal and no bread or something to munch was brought prior to meal. Little things like that can make a difference. Fish chowder was tasty but 1 piece of fish, and 1 bone! Yikes. I don't plan to return

Food quality was very poor, and not as described on menu. The worse thing was I liked just one of the 4 things ordered, and wanted to finish it, but the waitress came by and took it without asking if I was finished : (
