Everyone was polite and service was prompt. This sounds silly, but I especially loved the sliced pickled ginger. Better than I have had anywhere, it was really fresh and not dried out.

The Hibachi chef was entertaining and the table waiter was well informed, made great suggestions and very professional. Food was fresh and delicious.

The service was slow. The waitress was not very attentive. The sushi taste like gas station sushi. My husband enjoyed his ribeye and chicken hibachi. We won't be returning. Sakura, Nagasaki, and Shogun are WAY better!

Food did not meet expectations and still ended up spending $40 completely disappointed with coupon and restaurant.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I am 8 months pregnant and drink ALOT of water, and our server never let me go empty. This trip was just my husband and myself, but upon realizing that this location has hibatchi seating, I decided to come back with my children. While they do NOT like Japanese food, they do like to sit around the grill and eat chicken fingers. We would normally go to a competing restaurant for that experience, but I prefer Sekisui's food much more!

It was freezing at the table we were at. I could not really enjoy my food because I was shaking and telling the cook and waitress it was cold. Also, I did not like the fact that they put a tip on the bill. I had a gift cretificate for $50 that said I had to spend at least 100 and I still had to pay out of pocket $114.00. Will never bring a large group again. Cost is to high. Waitress was good and cook was good. Thanks for singing Happy Birthday to my daughter. I only came because I had the Rest.com certificate thinking it would help with cost for daughters birthday, boy was I WRONG!!!!!

The food was wonderful. However, I think they were short handed so we had to wait forever to put in our order. We also didn't get our appetizer, soup and salad until AFTER the hibachi chef had already cooked all of our dinners. So that's never good.

Service was excellent, servers very attentive, chef was fun and engaging with our group- especially wth our 2 grandchildren. Food was excellent.

Waitress was very cordial and available ensuring drinks were never empty. Habachi chef preapred food with a great zeal of pride and with excellent taste.

The quality of food was superb! The place was extremely clean & well taken care of. It is Bartlett's little secret that needs to be spread! The staff is also very professional.

Our waitress was absolutely wonderful! The manager(?)was very helpful and they were both so gracious. My husband took me for my birthday and they made it extra special for me ! They even brought me a birthday surprise w/out my husband even asking!This was our 1st visit to this Sekisui, we had always gone to Midtown but had such an AWFUL experience w/ the service and the food the last couple of times we went there. Sekisui Bartlett definitely exceeded all of our expectations and we will be back!

The cook was very pleasant. He gave good general conversation. He prepared the meal just as we wanted it. The waitress was nice and pleasant as well. Short wait time for everything.

the Restaurant cert. can't be used with many items in the menu. Restaurant.com does not say anything about that at the time of offering it for sale. considering the min purchase amount and the 18%2525 tips that are included, i would think that at least i should be able to order anything in the menu

The last time we were there I mentioned to the Manager that the server we had was the best one we ever had at that restaurant. This most recent dining trip there the manager gave us the same server. It was once again a great dining experience.
