Rated 1 out of 5 by No one waited on us for probably 30 minutes or more. When we were finally waited on and ordered our server did not return for a long time to check on us or see if there was anything else we needed. The restaurant was pretty well populated with customers with only a few empty seats. It may be that we came at a very busy time. Still, i think it's safe to say there is room for improvement. Rated 1 out of 5 by We waited over an hour for our food & were not checked in on by our waitress at all during that time. Our food sat on the counter ready to be served for AT LEAST 15 minutes before it was brought to us. Our server was more interested in leaning on the counter & chatting than checking on us. We ordered tempura rolls that were cold by the time we got them. The only bit of good service we received was the nice kid that always made sure our water was full. Apr 10, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by It seems as if the place is getting a bit run down and dirty. Paper napkins instead of cloth, dirty floor, walls need to be painted, menu was sticky/dirty. Sushi chefs were bickering with each other. Just not the "nice place" we remembered from past visits. Mar 23, 2014
